Our approach to user data collection emphasizes collaboration with our partners. We depend on them to gather critical device data from users, ensuring this information is readily available to Felt either through direct data APIs or via an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) job. This process ensures seamless integration and accessibility of user data for enhanced service delivery and personalized care experiences, reinforcing the synergy between Felt and our partners in managing health data effectively.

Push notification multiplexing

In integrating with Felt, push notifications are designed to ensure clarity and immediate recognition for users. By prepending “New Message from Felt” to notifications, it helps logically separate and prioritize these alerts from other notifications within the Partner app. This strategy enhances user engagement by clearly identifying important health-related messages, promoting timely responses and interactions with the Felt platform.

User identity and de-duping

Maintaining a consistent user identity across sessions and devices is essential. Felt utilizes device fingerprints and end-user identification for accurate user identification across installations, ensuring that users engaging with different partner apps are recognized as the same individual. This approach allows Felt providers to deliver comprehensive care by viewing user data from multiple sources, offering a more holistic healthcare experience.
